I am also a runner and on weekends I tend to get 15 miles every day on the weekend depending on the weather. Yes, it is alot of miles but with the right preparations thus, gear in terms of running shoes, running clothes, water pack, protein shake etc., I sincerely believe anybody can do this also. Running in addition to gardening, is very therapeutic, relaxing and energizes the brain. Below are a few pictures from today.
